I hired this tradesman to remove the outside railings at my property and replace them with new metal railings so that a sofa could be removed and a new one delivered into the property. I paid a £250 deposit towards the replacement railings and was given a date for installation.
After taking the deposit, communication became very poor. Despite waiting throughout the week, I received no confirmation or update as to whether the work would proceed. When I contacted him to express concern about the lack of communication, I received a response at around 11:30pm on a Friday night. The messages then became aggressive and abusive and continued into the early hours of the morning.
Following his instruction to communicate by email, I requested the return of my deposit. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, I received further abusive late-night messages.
As a result, my property has been left without outside railings, leaving it unsafe and insecure. As a pensioner, this situation has caused significant stress and concern.
Based on my experience, the communication, professionalism, and customer service were completely unacceptable. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

The mobile is wrong also the address as this was made by a client who need sto grow up and get a pett time job or a leather a hobby . Ard have been fantastic

He took £600 deposit and never delivered the fence. Is ignoring legal letters and a judgement from Airdrie Sheriff Court to pay me back. I would like my money back.
