The Awarding Body for this qualification is ProQual Awarding Body. To achieve your NVQ candidates must complete the assessment process. This process is called the On-Site Assessment and Training (OSAT) and involves an assessor collecting evidence of candidate’s skills by workplace observation and questioning. It is possible for candidates to provide additional evidence in the forms of Toolbox Talks, Time sheets, Induction Registers and Employer’s and Client’s References. It is essential that the whole process is designed around candidates and their needs.
