Had Michael to do garden for us last year. All the coping stones on the concrete planters popped, and 5 slabs popped. so not fixed at all. Render coming off brick planters. Also the underground cable was run to the incorrect part of the garden, so couldn't organise electrician. but seeing as we wouldn't use the garden until summer we were happy to wait until spring. Michael promised not a problem. Since then. Numerous calls, too many messages to remember, a video showing issues, resent at least 6 times. (All documented though) A note highlighting that we have been patient, but just want the garden finished for what we paid. A reply advising.... No need for the paragraph.... Now no responses, a final date was advised. Nothing. If this is how service is after you have been paid, especially when we couldn't have been more patient, then future possible customers deserve to know the standard of poor service. Looks like legal pursuit will be the only address. What could have been sorted in a day was obviously too much hassle. Took the money and run.
