  Over the last 40 years, metal cladding has become the material of choice for many commercial buildings. And while the durability of the latest generation of cladding has improved, sooner or later you will be faced with the choice to either re-clad or re-finish your building.


• Floor preparation and coatings
  Whether you want to renew an existing floor coating, renovate a warehouse floor, mark out safe areas, or line a plant room or tank bund – Cladspray offer hard-wearing, durable epoxy resin floor coatings which are available in a range of colours.


• Shop front spraying
  Whether you’ve just moved into new premises and need to re-brand, or your existing shop front is looking tired, Cladspray can help refurbish your building to the highest standard, removing the need to replace with new materials. • Cut-edge corrosion repair
  One of the most common problems in metal profile sheeting is cut edge corrosion. Over time the corrosion degrades the sheets, breaking down the factory protective coating at the edges of the sheet. Cladspray treat the rust and corrosion which are common results of this problem.


• Industrial flat roof solutions
  From a rubber EPDM system to a liquid system, Cladspray can offer a solution to your industrial flat-roof problems which will be ideal for: large, awkward flat roof areas, factories, blocks of flats and municipal buildings.


• Intumescent coatings
  To further complement our on-site spraying services, we also offer a fire-retardant and intumescent coating service for structural steel and timber. Intumescent paint is up to 50 times thicker than conventional paint, and gives between 30 and 120 minutes’ fire protection, depending on your requirements.


• Roof light replacement
  Roof lights are a great source of natural light within a commercial and industrial building. However, over time, they can become discoloured, damaged or brittle, and eventually need replacing. Once this happens, just one strong gust of wind could cause the roof light to tear, and you could leave your building exposed to leaks.


• Gutter linings
