Suspended Ceilings
We design, supply and install suspended ceilings for commercial buildings across the UK: from straightforward office grids to acoustic rafts, metal planks and bespoke feature systems. Forty years of in-house fixing, programmed into your fit-out sequence.

A suspended ceiling is a secondary ceiling hung below the structural soffit of a building, supported by a metal grid that is fixed back to the slab or steelwork above with hangers. The space between the structural soffit and the finished ceiling (the void) is used to run services such as ductwork, pipework, sprinklers, cable trays and luminaires, while the visible underside provides a uniform finish that can be specified for acoustic absorption, fire performance, hygiene, light reflectance and aesthetic.

Acoustic Panelling
We design, supply and install acoustic panelling across the UK: wall panels, suspended rafts and baffles, free-hanging clouds and ceiling systems, for reverberation control and speech intelligibility in commercial, education, healthcare and industrial interiors. Acoustic panelling covers the range of installed products that absorb sound energy inside a room to reduce reverberation and improve speech intelligibility: wall panels (mineral wool, glass wool or fabric-wrapped panels fixed to wall surfaces), suspended rafts (free-hanging horizontal acoustic absorbers suspended from the soffit), baffles (vertically hung acoustic absorbers typically arranged in parallel rows), ceiling clouds (acoustic panels suspended at lower heights in social and informal environments) and modular acoustic ceiling systems (high-performance tile in standard or concealed grids).

Timber Ceilings

Dry Lining
We deliver dry lining packages for fast-track retail rollouts and high-specification institutional projects across the UK: metal stud partitions, fire and acoustic walls, shaft walls and feature linings, sequenced into your programme by our own teams.

Dry lining is the modern UK method of forming and finishing internal walls, partitions and ceilings using plasterboard fixed to a metal or timber framework or directly to a masonry substrate, with joints taped, filled and decorated.

Partitions
We design, supply and install commercial partition systems across the UK: solid metal stud walls for fire and acoustic compartmentation, framed glazed partitions for offices and education, and demountable systems for flexible workspace. Forty years of in-house fixing programmed into your fit-out sequence.

Commercial partitions are the systems that divide a building's interior into functional rooms: cellular offices, meeting rooms, consultation suites, escape corridors, plant enclosures, staircase separations and back-of-house compartments. They carry the building's fire strategy (compartmentation ratings), acoustic performance requirements (room-to-room sound isolation), and the visible interior finish that occupiers work alongside every day.

Commercial Fit-Out
We deliver complete commercial fit-out programmes across the UK: Cat A landlord-handover and Cat B occupier fit-out, sequenced, supervised and signed-off under a single accountable contract by the same team that delivers our specialist ceiling, acoustic and dry lining packages.
