Asbestos Surveying
We provide a ‘no-obligation’ quotation service to clients, whatever the requirement. Surveys are conducted using the latest technology, and are carried out by our professionally trained surveyors to HSG264 ‘The Survey Guide’ standard.

We offer independent, specialist surveyors who are fully qualified to P402. They provide the perfect solution to enable the client to comply with CAR (Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012) Regulation 4 ‘The Duty to Manage’.

Our surveying techniques meet HSG264 requirements, and all samples are sent to UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accredited laboratories for independent impartial analysis, providing clients with the best possible service and results.

Our surveys are completed with the presentation of a complete risk assessment and management strategy, which forms your asbestos register and a log for ACM’s (Asbestos Containing Materials) on the premises. It is the foundation of the ‘Duty to Manage Asbestos’ regulations within industrial, commercial and domestic premises.

Asbestos Surveys
We provide a ‘no-obligation’ quotation service to clients, and our surveys are carried out by our professionally trained and experienced surveyors. All surveys follow the criteria set out in the HSE guidance document HSG264 (HSG 264 Asbestos Guide has been developed by the Health and Safety Executive), and comply with The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. We undertake both asbestos management and refurbishment/pre-demolition surveys on all types of buildings. There are two types of survey for Asbestos Containing Material (ACM):

• Management Surveys
• Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys

Asbestos Management
To be considered a management plan means you will probably already have the asbestos survey completed, and have a register in place. The question then is – what do you do with all that information?

Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Regulation 4 ‘The Duty to Manage’, the HSE require you to keep the information up to date as part of an ongoing Management Plan.

Various formats of re-inspection reports can be provided, either in the form of a new report or a log book based upon the asbestos register. The log book will also contain the control documents needed to ensure compliance with the regulations.

Asbestos Removal
We can arrange removal of asbestos containing materials and provide guidance throughout the process, for all types of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM).

We can arrange, when required, for licenced material to be removed and disposed of under the control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, and have the specific industry knowledge to act as a liaison between the client and the removal contractor, should this be required.

Asbestos Risk Assessment
The survey is completed with the presentation of a complete risk assessment and management strategy, which forms your asbestos register and a log for ACM’s (Asbestos Containing Materials) on the premises. It is the foundation of the ‘Duty to Manage Asbestos’ regulations within industrial, commercial and domestic premises. The fully comprehensive survey report will incorporate the following:
