Our company provides a comprehensive and professional range of services to clients with or without welding experience. Our welding inspections are carried out in strict accordance with written, or agreed practices, or specifications.

• Ensure that all operations concerning welding are carried out in strict accordance with written or agreed practices/specifications
• Are fully trained to CSWIP 3.1 and are highly skilled in inspections and welding to the most up-to-date standards and regulations. Dominic Moran is trained to CSWIP 3.2.1
• Ensure that all of the most up-to-date codes and regulations are maintained
• For complex jobs, our Qualified Welding Engineers (QWE) are available
• Our non-destructive technicians are qualified to to PCN Level 2 and PCN Level 3 certification. UT level

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
We at Tech Inspections Ltd appreciate that non-destructive testing and NDT services are desirable, as the intricacy of the process will detect these flaws described, and hence we can give that reassurance and peace of mind to our customer that the weld will be durable and therefore safe. Non-destructive testing of welds is a method used to test materials for surface defects, such as cracks, arc strikes, undercuts, and lack of penetration.

ISO 3834
Implementing ISO 3834 requirements will improve the quality of your welding and decrease your maintenance costs. Welding is an integral part of the manufacturing process of steel fabrications and is identified as a special process that requires special control measures to be implemented to ensure weld quality.

EN1090
To comply with CE marking, all fabricators must be able to demonstrate compliance with BS EN 1090 parts 1, 2 & 3: execution of steel structures and aluminium structures.
