We asked this company for a quotation to supply and fit our gates. The company sent someone out to take measurements. However, we did not hear back from this company for over two weeks and decided to contact them. We spoke with Lee, the man in charge. We were told they were very busy and will get a price over to us soon. Again we did not hear from the Company for over a week and had to chase up again. Eventually received the quotation we were told we would need to pay 50% up front before they would order the iron for the gates. We were also advised to make a payment via Bank Transfer as they do not take Credit/Debit Cards. My Partner and I felt that the company had no trust in us (customers) and therefore why should we trust the company to provide us with the service. we decided not to go with this company as we felt it was being unfair asking for over £1,600 upfront before even providing any service. Remember the old saying “Buyer Beware”. I would keep well clear of this company.
