IWS Generator Hire is a service based business founded in 1985 by Service Engineers specialising in repairing Welding Machines and Generators. The business has grown substantially and in 1995 a Hire Fleet was developed using the knowledge and experience gained and focusing on the leading manufacturers in the market. Event Distribution
They are easy to install, reliable and very hard waring. Robust enough to handle any accidental knocks and protected well enough that they can be placed either indoor or outdoor without any special protection. They are manufactured using only quality materials and components to ensure this reliability which is vital when powering up any kind of event.

Cable Assemblies
Cable assemblies or simply just cable can be supplied in most ypes, including H07-RNF Rubber, SY and armoured.

Cables can be supplied fully assembled and tested with various plug and socket arrangements including Power-loc, Marechal and IEC60309 Industrial connectors.

Cable Protection Systems

Manufactured from sheet steel and fully welded construction this range of unit provides the ideal solution where power distribution is required within the sometimes harsh conditions of construction and industrial sites. All switch gear and termination points are housed behind a removable internal access plate and comes with an outer door to afford added protection. All units within this range are suitable for indoor or outdoor use and can be configured to suit individual customers requirements.
