ECO-Skate® eMotion battery powered load moving skates
With the ECO-Skate® eMotion 40, loads up to 40 tonnes can be moved by remote control without any additional push or pull means. On three points of support, simultaneous driving and steering at up to 8 m/min. Speed and safe positioning is possible with the one-joystick proportional function of the remote control. Powered by state-of-the-art 48 V, 60 Ah lithium-iron phosphate battery technology and a running time of at least 3 hours under maximum load, the eMotion 40 can handle gradients of 2-3%. The advanced eMotion 40 Drive synchronous engine runs energy-saving and is fully digitally controlled by the eMotion 40 Drive Control eMDC3 motor control. Space-saving gearboxes in the drive wheels make the eMotion 40 an extremely compact vehicle with small external dimensions and a low installation height of only 180 mm. All of the ECO-Skate XL series skates with nylon wheels have the identical insertion height of 180 mm. Existing transport trolleys can therefore be used with the eMotion 40.

ECO-Skate load moving systems are user friendly, well designed, have low-maintenance and offer a large variety of models to satisfy any demand. Applications range from machinery moving to the use in production lines or container handling.
For all cases where a standard product is not sufficient, we offer special tailor made solutions to fit the customers needs.
ACTEK Hoist Rings
ACTEK hoist rings from the USA are distributed by HTS since 2000 throughout Europe. There is a wide field of industries where simple handling of heavy loads is offered by ACTEK hoist rings with capacities from 200 to 44.600 kgs. Outstanding features of different series are the high safety factor of up to 5:1, that some swivel 360° and pivot 180°.
Each hoist ring is heat treated and 100% magnetic particle inspected as well as 200% proof load tested. In addition our swivel hoist rings are tested from independent laboratories and each hoist rings has its own serial number for better traceability for safety inspections.
ACTEK WKA-System
A safe and cost reducing installation of a windmill is of increasing importance. Reduce your assembly time and mount your tower segments with our patented ACTEK WKA-System.
Whole tower families or different types of towers could be mounted with the WKA-System. It is working on a WKA and WKA-B basis and allows the use of different screw sizes and different distances of the flange holes.
Furniture mover
The HTS ECO-Jack Dual HT Furniture mover/machine mover/ – anything long and heavy (i.e. electric cabinets, machines, safes etc.) fast and flexible wherever you are and wherever you want to go. It’s as simple as this: place at the right position, lift and move.

ECO-Skate® eMotion battery powered load moving skates

ECO-Jack universal toe jacks are available in five different series up to 50 tonnes load capacity.
They all feature Hydraulic Jacks
- The patented lifting claw. It ensures a safe lifting of heavy goods and can be switched to another position with just one hand without the need of tilting movements.
- A minimal self-weight. Due to improved design and the use of high quality material, the self-weight of the jacks could be reduced up to 20% compared to other jacks.
- Precision milled guides made of high resistant and high quality materials. They guarantee a precise lifting and lowering motion, thus ensuring a long product life.
- A release valve, that allows subtle adjustment during the lowering process of an ECO-Jack.
- Strong swiveling legs which ensure a safe lifting process and prevent the jack from tipping over.
- An external hose coupler as standard on the jacks with a load capacity of 10 tonnes and above. The drip free male hose coupler enables the user to attach an external pump.
