CNM Process
CNM Process, founded in 2013 by Christian NOUYRIGAT, specializes in the transformation of flexible materials, focusing on converting, cutting, unwinding - rewinding, adhesive application, and process automation. The company's philosophy is based on innovation, aiming to offer versatile technological and strategic solutions tailored to their clients. Professionalism is evident through rigorous methodology at all levels of the company, with an emphasis on achieving goals and efficiency. The company is driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging everyone to implement their ideas for progress and innovation. CNM Process has grown rapidly, hiring its first employee in 2016, moving to industrial premises in 2017, reaching a workforce of 5 in 2018, 20 employees in 2022, and began its international development in 2023.

Sala
Sala manufacture a range of machinery for the bedding industry; in particular, they make an extremely strong and reliable compression and rolling machine for both foam and spring mattresses of any type. With over 25 years experience building mattress compressing and rolling machines, Sala have become the world leaders in this field. They also make smaller machines designed for vacuum pressing pillows, quilts and duvets in order to save space and transport costs. They also produce machines for measuring, inspecting and cutting ticking, plastic bag welding and cutting as well as other custom designed equipment.

Since 1990 Beckmann Automation GmbH have produced automatic machines for the production of mattresses and belts. With more than 25 years of know-how and uncompromising quality, our machines are flexibly adapted to each individual customer request. Our customers include leading mattress and belt companies from around the world.

We can either arrange a regular service contract for your machines, as often as you like, or we can service them when called upon to do so.

If you need your machines repositioned within your factory or dismantled and reinstalled at a new site, our fully qualified engineers have the experience and expertise to do this.

Spares Department
We hold many spare parts in stock in Teddington for next day delivery and our engineers also hold stock in their vans should any parts be required during a service or repair visit.
