Our Machines
Our high-precision special machines for foam processing are based on the expertise of over 80 years of experience and future-oriented high-end technology. This enables us to offer technologies and special machines that guarantee exact foam cuts and bonding techniques in the well-known Bäumer quality. The focus is not only on extremely accurate processing of foam cuttings: Ongoing process optimization and effective automation ensure that Bäumer cutting and gluing machines and plants operate particularly efficiently and always at maximum performance.

High-precision foam cutting in these particular industries requires custom-assembled special machines that are capable of cutting foam of various types horizontally, vertically or to precise contours. We also develop matching software for easy creation of custom cutting programs for foam cutting with contour cutting machines and offering you the features required for use with our machines.

Grauff
Grauff are a German manufacturer producing machines for the bedding and foam industries. Their products range from foam stick cutting machines, polyester fleece wadding cutting machines and foam flock granulators as well as filling machines for pillows, cushions, honeycomb comforters, channelled quilts, sleeping bags and sportswear which can all be fed by storage silos or mixers.

Boers Techniek
Recently the demand has grown for foam mattresses and pillows with holes for air circulation and Boers Techniek make an excellent range of machinery for this application. The advantage of Boers Techniek machines is that they not only drill the holes quickly and effectively, but also remove the drilled foam automatically. This means that you do not need to manually remove the drilled parts which is a slow and labour intensive process. Furthermore, they do not use air to remove the cores as this is a very expensive method. Please see their video on YouTube showing one of their machines in operation by typing “foam drilling Boers Techniek”. Apart from building a standard range of machinery, they also design equipment to meet customers’ specific requirements.

Sala
Sala manufacture a range of machinery for the bedding industry; in particular, they make an extremely strong and reliable compression and rolling machine for both foam and spring mattresses of any type. With over 25 years experience building mattress compressing and rolling machines, Sala have become the world leaders in this field. They also make smaller machines designed for vacuum pressing pillows, quilts and duvets in order to save space and transport costs. They also produce machines for measuring, inspecting and cutting ticking, plastic bag welding and cutting as well as other custom designed equipment.
