Wish I could leave negative stars! Avoid these guys at all cost. Had door installed 2 years ago (the customer service back then left much to desire with poor communication). The door developed a fault ( not flash with the frame). I've left countless voicemails and even contacted manufacturer to try to help me but they, just like me, can't get hold of anyone at the company. This is by far the worst company I've had a displeasure of dealing with. Stay away from them!

Had a black front door fitted oct23 OK for few weeks until winter sun appeared when door severely warped contacted supplier who promised an upgrade which took 6 months to arrive after months of ignored phone calls and messages eventually door fitted fitter spend all day fitting then when dark decides to fit trim with no lighting had a look at the fitting and was absolutely shocking frame cracked holes with no screwsdoor not shutting properly gaps totally uneven gaps where sermon could enter after months owner eventually cane out for look she didn't seem 2 think it was 2 bad since had 2 reputable companies out to survey the door and both have said some of the worst fitting they have seen anyway long story short please avoid this company at all costs only interested in money no aftercare skills what so ever Maureen the owner is a expert in avoiding phone calls and telling you a pack of lies please to not go near this company with your hard earned cash

We used Kirki door for our front door. Door not been fitted level. Door sill is short.
We are not provided receipt and ten years warranty which they claim.
We sent quite few emails to them but no response..
We have sent 11 emails to Maureen. My wife visited her shop in Kirki. She shouted at her..
Our roughcaster put bead around the door today and noted door is not level so he would be limited to fill the gaps.
We ordered her and found she is running a family business but turned out an horrible and unpleasant experience with them..

Had a black door fitted in oct23 which was warping massively in winter sun replacement arrived 3 months later sent a fitter who had only worked for the company for a couple of months previously worked in railway not as a door fitter so at the fitting for 8 hours screws in screws out then when pitch black and with no lighting he decides to fit the trim had to just stop him and ask him to pack up quality of job was shocking holes in the frame with no screws frame cracked screws in at 45 degree angles phoned owner no answer after months of unanswered phone calls paid a couple of unannounced visits to the shop came to an agreement that she would supply and fit new frame but after that we erred done and she wanted it in writing which i supplied so told me frame was ordered on 5th April didnt arrive until October the reason being she hadnt ordered it she was just blatantly lying so more phone calls and unannounced visits to the shop the frame finally arrived fitter spent the day fitting it only to fit door panel and go to close only to discover the frame was 10 mm to narrow so out it came back in with old damaged frame no apology more phone calls ,more chasing she came up with the reason it was that the fitter hadnt fitted it properly and that she classed that as her having supplied me a new frame so 1 year on have a damaged door frame gaps where sermon can get in please do not spend your hard earned money with this company they are absolutely fantastic at ignoring phone calls and blatantly lying to your face please avoid at all costs

I can not stress highly enough to stay away from this company they fitted a door a more than a year ago and it is still not finished they have left us without a trim and holes which we had to fill with paper so vermin can’t get in. We have been locked in various times because door wouldn’t open.

They have done nothing to try and fix the mess they have made qnd ignore messages phone calls please avoid as very unprofessional company who have no respect for their customers just want your money then not interested

Can’t thank the staff at the Kirkby door company enough. Justin and Sean did a fantastic job in putting in my 9 windows. Stayed until late to get jobs completed. Friendly staff from start to finish from Andy to office staff. Loving them. Thanks
