Cleanroom & Laboratory Design & Construction
From the initial concept stage, an Airology cleanroom is designed and constructed to the highest quality to meet cleanroom ISO classification standards. We are industry experts in the cleanroom field, and our bespoke service offers you total control over your cleanroom project.

No matter the size of your project, we can provide an experienced team working from conception to competition, ensuring everything meets stringent quality checks. We design and construct the flooring, ceiling materials and wall finishes to meet your exact requirements. As part of this process, Airology manage building regulations, planning permission and health and safety legislation. Whilst we are installing a new air conditioning system or clean room, we can also offer a complete interior fitting out service or refurbishment of existing facilities.

Air Conditioning
Airology are market leaders in the design and installation of air-conditioning systems. We will deliver a first-class air conditioning system design based on the most energy-efficient equipment. Airology specialises in the design and installation of air handling systems, air conditioning systems, ventilation and extraction systems. Airology projects range from upgrade or refurbishment of an existing system to a completely new system designed and installed to your specific requirements.

Projects include computer room air conditioning, server room air conditioning and office air conditioning projects for companies across all market sectors. Airology can advise on air-conditioning equipment which is listed on the Carbon Trust’s Energy Technology List (ETL), and, as such, enables the purchaser to be eligible for Enhanced Capital Allowance.

Air Conditioning Maintenance
Airology offer a complete aftercare solution for your air conditioning systems. We provide a full service and maintenance programme to prevent your cooling system from breakdowns and improve performance and energy efficiency. Our cleanroom air-conditioning maintenance ensures that you can maintain strict temperatures, humidity, filtration, room pressurisation and airflow volume, which is essential for the proper cleanroom standards

Ventilation
Airology can provide the complete design and installation of ventilation, heating and extraction systems for factories, offices, clean rooms, laboratories and manufacturing areas.
