Work was needed on a pathway adjacent to Hawthorn Avenue Gloucester. Protection barriers were put in place. Eventually a small amount of tarmac was applied but those doing the work did not take away the barriers. That was about 5 months ago. One cone has ended up in the adjacent stream & has recently been washed downstream & amazingly the barriers have not ended up in the same place. Can you please remove these barriers.
