Colin Logan Snr founded the company in 1973. Based in Bowmore, Isle of Islay, the company covers the islands of Islay and Jura. Specialising in bespoke builds, we strive to provide an excellent service and outstanding build quality, keeping within timescale and financial targets.

Our customer base includes local authorities, housing associations and private clients. With over forty years experience in construction and property maintenance, Colin Logan Building Contractors Ltd continues to grow and embrace the new technologies within the industry.

QUALITY
We carry most trades in house, therefore minimising the use of sub-contractors and are able to offer clients a one stop approach to house building, taking the build smoothly through each transitional stage and ensuring high standards of workmanship at all times.

With many years experience, our highly sought after painting and decorating department are able to advise our clients on colour and material selection, as well as the use of specialist paints. This dedicated team carry out both private and commercial work.
