Horizotal Directional Drilling (HDD)
Pipeline Drillers specialises in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), a guided, trenchless technique for installing underground pipelines, cables, and ducts. Ideal for pipe sizes ranging from 25mm to 900mm in diameter and distances of several hundreds of metres, HDD is a surface-launched method requiring no deep excavations. With a minimal footprint, it works across various ground types, making it a versatile and efficient solution.

Mini Directional Drilling (MDD)
Mini Horizontal Directional Drilling (Mini HDD) is an advanced, trenchless technology used for installing underground utilities with minimal disruption to the environment and surrounding infrastructure. This precise and efficient drilling method involves creating a pilot hole along a designated path, followed by enlarging the bore to accommodate the desired pipe or duct. Unlike traditional excavation methods, Mini HDD allows installations to be completed with less surface disturbance, making it an ideal solution for modern, efficient construction projects.

Pipe Ramming
Pipe ramming offers several advantages over all other techniques. It is a trenchless construction method used to install pipes or casings underground without the need for traditional excavation. This technique involves driving a pipe through the ground using a pneumatic percussive hammer. The process is typically used for straight-line installations under roads, railways, embankments, or other obstacles, making it ideal for projects where minimal surface disruption is required.

Pipe Bursting/ Pipe Eating
At Pipeline Drillers, we specialise in static rod and cable pipe bursting systems with pull-back pressures of up to 225 tonnes. Our compact, efficient systems are designed for easy handling and can be operated from existing manholes or small temporary pits, making them perfect for a range of projects.

Auger Boring Solutions
Pipeline Drillers offers a comprehensive range of auger boring systems designed to deliver efficient, reliable results in a variety of ground conditions. We can install pipe sizes ranging from 90mmØ to 1016mmØ, with jacking forces from 10t to 150t. Working from 2.0m long pits or 2.1mØ standard round shafts, our systems are ideal for projects where minimal settlement is critical, covering distances of up to 100m.

Guided Auger Boring
At Pipeline Drillers, we specialise in Guided Auger Boring, a highly accurate and efficient No-Dig solution for installing gravity pipelines or projects where precision is critical. Our advanced systems can handle pipe sizes ranging from 90mmØ to 1016mmØ, with jacking forces of 10t to 200t.

RSHV Guided Auger Boring Solutions
RSHV Guided Auger Boring modifies the traditional Guided Auger Boring process and contains many of the same advantages of the pilot-rod Guided Auger Boring process. An RSHV steering head is added to allow control/changes of both the horizontal and vertical alignment, allowing for an accurate and controlled drilling process. Further tooling and modifications can be utilised to allow boring to be carried out in even challenging ground conditions such as rock or ground containing cobbles and boulders.
