Stonedale Securities Lets Units To Dingbro For 25 Years |
|
Acting jointly on behalf of Stonedale Securities, J&E Shepherd and DTZ has let Units 2 and 3, totalling 11,000 sq ft at the Tradetown development in Ayr to Dingbro, a wholesale distributor of motor vehicle components, for 25 years.
The letting leaves 4,000 sq ft currently available for lease.
Created specifically to accommodate the requirements of trade counter occupiers, the Tradetown development is located in the Heathfield district, a popular and expanding retail, warehousing and industrial area. The development offers access for HGVs and commercial vehicles and benefits from close proximity to the A77 at Whitletts roundabout.
