Glenalmond Business Park Properties Offered

Acting on behalf of Castlecroft Securities, J&E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors is offering commercial development land and a number of new build warehouse units for sale or lease at Glenalmond Business Park, by Perth.

A substantial commercial location extending to around 24 acres, Glenalmond Business Park is located five miles north west of Perth and accessed via the A85.

Jonathan Reid, associate at J & E Shepherd's Perth office, said: "Our client has recently secured planning permission and will be offering fully serviced plots and purpose built commercial warehouse and workshop units which will be made available for sale or lease."

Serviced plots, ranging from 0.5 acres to 2 acres, are available with immediate effect whilst modern purpose built units ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft are being developed for both sale and lease.
