The company is now underway to build the facility for SACO The Serviced Apartment Company.
The nine-storey building will be located on Union Street.
It will include studio and one bedroom apartments grouped around internal courtyards.
In addition, a café bar will be located on the ground floor with the apartment reception on the first floor.
