The Common Services Agency (or NHS National Services Scotland) is seeking to appoint five contractors to the six-year framework for construction, conversion, adaptation and repair of clinical facilities.
Previous contractors have included Bam Construct, Galliford Try, Interserve, Laing O’Rourke and Robertson Dawn Health.
The new framework, revealed in The State of the NHS Scotland Estate report, published in February 2012 will see a welcome cash injection into the Scottish construction industry and see multiple NHS trusts, the Scottish Ambulance Service and Golden Jubilee Hospital making use of it.
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 21 June at 12pm. Candidates can register here.
