Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, acting jointly with Burns and Shaw LLP, has let two substantial warehouse units at Kilda Way on North Muirton Industrial Estate in Perth to Baldoukie Motors and G4 Security.

Baldoukie Motors has leased the 17,400 sq ft warehouse and office accommodation on a three year lease at £55,000 per annum whilst G4S has leased 11,000 sq ft for 10 years at an average annual rent in excess of £40,000 per annum.
