The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), has signed a new five-year lease on the 1,242 sq ft of joint office and research space it occupies at Discovery Terrace, Heriot-Watt Research Park in Edinburgh.
The terms equate to £ 13.50 per sq ft.
RoSPA was the first occupier at Discovery Terrace, when the development was launched in 2005.
Iain Mercer, group managing director of Cosmopolitan Investments, the landlord, said: "We are extremely pleased that RoSPA will continue to use Discovery Terrace as a base for its valuable research and development work."
Cosmopolitan was represented by Drivers Jonas and RoSPA by BNP Paribas.
