Work includes roof replacement in Camperdown and Cragiebank, off street parking in Fintry Crescent and window replacement in Happyhillock, Douglas, Linlathen and St Marys.
A series of tenders are set to be approved by the Neighbourhood Services Committee on Monday, 21 August.

Anne Rendall, Depute convener of the council's neighbourhood services committee, said: "This really is a massive programme of work that we are looking to carrying out.
"It will see hundreds of properties across the city benefit by having windows replaced, roofs renewed, and improved parking facilities.
"It's fantastic to see these major improvements to homes across the city which ensures that people are living in houses that are fit for the 21st century and as warm, fuel efficient and comfortable as possible."
