CCG (Scotland) has announced three of its development projects have been shortlisted for this year's RICS awards.

The three schemes have been nominated for accolades across three categories.

The £12 million Penmure Street residential development in Glasgow has been put forward for the Regeneration and Design Through Innovation category.

The development, which involves building 108 mixed-tenure homes on the banks of the Forth and Clyde Canal in Maryhill, has used modern off-site construction technology throughout the project.

It included the use of the Alumasc AVS Acrylic Brick Slip Render finish, applied under factory controlled conditions in CCG OSM, and also provided improvements to local infrastructure.

In addition, CCG's Sighthill project for Glasgow Housing Association has also been shortlisted in the Regeneration category.

The project involves building 141 homes across a variety of house types in the site identified as one of eight priority regeneration areas.

The final nominated scheme is the Ronald McDonald House in the Community Benefit category.

The purpose-built facility is located at the campus of Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

It provides enhanced accommodation for families of sick children attending the hospital as well as visual and physical amenity space.

The project was delivered using CCG OSM's enhanced wall panel solutions as well as a unique 'hybrid' steel and timber frame structure.

The RICS Awards are due to take place on 14 April at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa in Edinburgh.
