How we work...
- Initial Contact
Once we have received your enquiry, a free and no-obligation appointment can be arranged for one of our designers to visit you. - Home visit / Design Stage
At your home, a discussion will take place between yourself and our designer to agree on certain design features and your ideal finished look. - Acceptance of intended works
Once you have agreed on design and products a contract will be written out, carefully detailing everything you selected. We also arrange a detailed plan and a technical survey to answer any further questions you may have and gather all relevant manufacturing data. - Job Installation
Our team will arrive at your home between 8.00 – 9:30am. Our office will be in contact with the fitters throughout your project and is on hand for any incidentals. - Completion
A member of our team will be in touch after the installation to make sure everything has gone to your satisfaction, we invite every client to use their new room for 3-5 days and report any remedials you may discover and we can arrange to rectify that right away.

Good service when planning our bathroom, David was very helpful & friendly. Regan, the fitter, was very hard working and gave us a very well finished bathroom. A few issues during the fitting such as electricians turning up to start working at 5pm when we were due to go out somewhere, and having no lights or door on bathroom for 3 days, but these were just lack of communication issues. Fit & quality of finish of bathroom is great, all thanks to Regan & his dad's hard work.

From the start of the process working with David, who listened to us and developed a pratical and beautiful bathroom and clearly lead us through the project to Sharon who was always available for any help or information we needed. DKB were professional from start to finish. No hard sell was given when we were choosing everything for our bathroom but advice was given when asked for and suggestions made. The work was undertaken at the date of our choosing with all trades arriving at the appropriate times. An extra box of tiles was required, and after a phonecall, was delivered the same day , so that the tiler who was excellent in every way, could finish the job. The plumber and joiner both worked well, were approachable and kept us up to date with how the job was progressing at every stage. The rubbish was stored as neatly as possible and uplifted cleanly at the end of the job. All in all we were pleased with the work done and thought the price was reasonable for what we got.

I would not hesitate in recommending DKB. The home visit with Steve was great. He was an incredible help designing our bathroom to give us what we wanted. Sharon at the office was fantastic. She kept in touch and any queeries or questions we had and were soon dealt with by her. Nothing was a bother to her and always so cheery. Stephen Fagan was the chap who ironed out little hiccups that arose during the installation and was so good at explaining what would be done. Regan and Ian were the chaps who did the installation and we could not have asked for better experienced people and they were so easy to talk with and we had such a laugh at times and they always checked if we were happy with certain aspects of the job as it proceeded. I must mention the delivery chap as well. He made sure everything arrived on time and we were delighted that the rubbish was uplifted very quickly too.

From the first of a few visits to the showroom, speaking to Sharon, to David the designer, and Davie & Fraser the fitters, we can't speak highly enough of them. David listened to what we wanted and didn't want for our kitchen. He also came up with options and visited our home a few times showing us digital plans where we could change or tweek ideas. This was a relaxing and comfortable way to do this. We also listened to David's guidance which in the end resulted in a great design. Sharon kept communication fluid which was great. David and Fraser the fitters were professional and did a brilliant job. We did have snagging issues. These were managed promptly with Sharon and Davie. I also need to thank Stephen who came and took away all the rubbish for us. This is an excellent part of the service as my husband and I thought we would need to do this. Working in construction it feels like everyone else’s projects get done and never mine. DKB have just finished installing our 2 new bathrooms and altering an en suite into an upstairs utility room. They all look excellent- we’re very pleased. Steve the owner took his time to meet with us twice and provided valuable guidance to get it looking the way we want. If you are a bit lost and don’t know where to start- a chat with Steve will definitely be a good idea. The DKB range of products are very contemporary and all high quality- it’s a step above the run-of-the-mill B&Qs of this world- and (there was nothing in the showroom I didn’t like)

Very helpful at design stage: came up with the most practical and elegant arrangement of units to fit in a kitchen with window bay and other awkward fixed features in a victorian flat. I recently had my bathroom and kitchen carried out by Discount Kitchens and Bathrooms, and for what I paid, I am thrilled with the designer quality and appearance of my home.
The sales (before and during) care was fantastic, but I have to say I was surprised that their aftercare was so friendly too.
I feel I have been treated as a VIP start to finish and I can call them up anytime with a question.

The two fitters who worked here for over a week were the nicest guys ever and worked to a very high standard. I have never encountered tradesmen who were so tidy and courteous throughout. DKB have been excellent to work with throughout the whole process of planning, designing and fitting our bathroom. Having never needed a new kitchen (our house had a fairly new one when we moved in), it was with some trepidation that we set out to find a company capable of doing the job to a high standard. Having spoken to a couple of companies and received quotes, neither seemed to tick all the boxes.
My wife spoke to Steve from Discount Kitchens & Bathrooms (DKB) and it's fair to say she was impressed and made an appointment for both of us to go and see him and what his plans for the kitchen looked like. His no pressure approach put us at ease and he spent a good couple of hours ensuring that our vision was delivered. He knew what he was talking about and made helpful, constructive observations and suggestions about what could be done and where to aid us in our decision making. Steve's enthusiasm for his business and confidence in his staff to deliver the goods was a big factor in our decision. Steve drew up an excellent deal for us and while his was not the cheapest quote we received, DKB's attention to detail, workmanship and Steve himself were the deciding factors in our decision.
We had follow up appointments for measuring and confirmation of materials etc. and a date was set for the installation.
This is when we were introduced to Konrad, who came to do the work. Konrad was absolutely brilliant. His work rate was second to none and he absolutely powered through the work over the week but ensuring that the work carried out was of the highest quality. He had the old kitchen ripped out in no time at all and by the end of day one the kitchen was already taking shape and had the unit carcasses in place. As the week progressed, each night when I returned from work I became more and more sure that not only had we hired the right company, but that I would be recommending them highly to anyone who needed their services.
When the work was finished at the end of the week, the kitchen was unrecognisable from what had been in place on the Monday. Completely transformed into exactly what we'd hoped for: A beautiful, light space for cooking, entertaining (everyone always ends up in the kitchen after all!) and spacious in ways that were never previously available to us.
I cannot recommend Discount Kitchens & Bathrooms highly enough and the job they have done.
Steve and DKB will definitely be the first company we contact when we need a new bathroom because if they can do that great a job on our kitchen, I've absolutely no doubt that they'll do the exact same in the bathroom.

The team at DKBathrooms have been excellent to work with throughout the process of design, planning and execution of our bathrooms.
We got their help with redesigning the layout of 2 bathrooms (family and en-suite) and had the work carried out within 3 weeks from arriving on-site to full completion.
They only thing they didn’t do was the painting and that was because we wanted to sort that ourselves.
Very happy with the work, the guys turned up on time every morning and were a great match for our house given that we have 2 young kids and also 2 home based businesses.
Couldn’t be happier with the results.

I contacted DKB in Nov 2017 with a view to remodelling our bathroom. Steve called out to our home to measure up and discuss options for the renovation. He was punctual, professional and very attentive to our ideas making a number of sensible suggestions to guide our choices on décor and layout options. In addition, he did not employ any hard sell tactics and left our home after a 20-30 minute visit with no binding agreement in place. My wife and I were left to fully discuss our thoughts and took the opportunity to later visit the showroom to get a proper idea as to the quality and range on offer. It was at this point we were compelled to go with the service offered. Our supply and fit was arranged for the end of January 2018 with a 3-5 day estimate to complete. The fitting was carried out by James Hendry and team, and I was impressed by their work ethic throughout. As we only have the one bathroom; the boys ensured that they connected the wc at the end of each day to minimise any inconvenience as much as possible. The job was completed on the 5th day and we couldn't be happier with the finish. 2 minor snagging issues presented after the fit but I obtained an immediate email response to these from Steve and the matters were resolved within 24 hours. I would just like to extend my gratitude to the whole team and would have no qualms about seeking out a quote from DKB for any future projects.

We have just had our ensuite upgraded by DKB Glasgow and are extremely happy with everything they have done! Steve came out to the house to give us a quote and we also visited the brand new show room to see the range of products available.
We decided to set a date for the work to be completed whilst we were away on holiday and Richard and his team worked long days to ensure everything was done in 3 days. When we returned, everything was immaculate, from the tiling to the finishing touches and we were both delighted. We have already recommended them to friends and work colleagues and our neighbours were so impressed with everything they are considering using them for their own bathroom in the near future. Steve also gave us ideas for our kitchen so can’t wait to book them in to get that done too!

I contacted DKB in Nov 2017 with a view to remodelling our bathroom. Steve called out to our home to measure up and discuss options for the renovation. He was punctual, professional and very attentive to our ideas making a number of sensible suggestions to guide our choices on décor and layout options. In addition, he did not employ any hard sell tactics and left our home after a 20-30 minute visit with no binding agreement in place. My wife and I were left to fully discuss our thoughts and took the opportunity to later visit the showroom to get a proper idea as to the quality and range on offer. It was at this point we were compelled to go with the service offered. Our supply and fit was arranged for the end of January 2018 with a 3-5 day estimate to complete. The fitting was carried out by James Hendry and team, and I was impressed by their work ethic throughout. As we only have the one bathroom; the boys ensured that they connected the wc at the end of each day to minimise any inconvenience as much as possible. The job was completed on the 5th day and we couldn't be happier with the finish. 2 minor snagging issues presented after the fit but I obtained an immediate email response to these from Steve and the matters were resolved within 24 hours. I would just like to extend my gratitude to the whole team and would have no qualms about seeking out a quote from DKB for any future projects.

Good service at a good price. Our kitchen was installed just over a week ago. Workers kept our flat tidy, they also removed the old kitchen and were friendly throughout. Our installation ran two days over the expected period due to an issue with the appliance manufacturer sending the wrong inbuilt dishwasher but as soon as it was delivered Kevin installed it on the same day. They provided a very broad range of services and products, which also included some lovely one-off and limited edition products.
