Plasterworks, founded by experienced plasterer John Gilroy, is a firm of Edinburgh plasterers specialising in all aspects of plaster cornice, ceiling roses and plastering in Edinburgh, Midlothian and throughout Scotland.

At Plasterworks we are suppliers of cornice from Yorkshire Decorative Plasterers (YDP) as well as producing our own bespoke plaster cornice & ceiling roses for our plasterers to use.

We pride ourselves on the high standard and quality of our plaster cornice, ceiling roses & plastering. To us, plastering and cornice production is not just a job, it's something that we are very passionate about which can be seen in the high quality of our workmanship.

The craft of a plasterer is an art in itself and it takes a highly skilled tradesman to be able to make and fit cornice and ceiling roses.

Products
As well as making our own cornice and ceiling roses, we also stock cornice, panel mouldings, fire place surrounds and ceiling roses from Yorkshire Decorative Plasterers (YDP) and brochures are available which we can send to you free of charge or they are available to download.

The use of decorative cornice, panel mouldings and ceiling roses are evident in many houses and stately homes, and repairs may become necessary for various reasons. We have our own workshop where these decorative features can be repaired or reproduced. We can also run the mouldings and cornice in situ.
