Newage Kitchens & Bathrooms

In February, Newage was hired for a full bathroom renovation for us. The first WC fitted, flushed away neither solids nor liquids. Two leaks, our power was fused twice (and we werent told), they left all of the scrap on the pavement outside our house & my husband had to remove it to our front garden - yet theyre endorsed by SEPA. Substantial gaps were left between the trims & ceiling/wall panels which we had to insist were rectified. In May, the shower indicator light stopped working & nobody came to fix it until August when I had to enlist the help of Consumer Protection. Cupboards fitted, had marked doors, to the inside which had to be replaced (again after numerous phone calls & a pro forma Consumer Protection letter). These, also, were marked so Ive had to settle on a partial refund on the cost of the cupboards. The WC seat came out of alignment & I was told it could have happened because of the way I sat on it! No communication- no quality control & no customer care.A dreadful experience.
