Hollowcore Flooring Prestressed hollowcore flooring by its nature provides an excellent load carrying capacity coupled with a relatively low self weight and shallow structural depth when compared to reinforced concrete. Our floor units are produced on a long line method and are manufactured in a range of depths. Prestressing strands are used in various combinations depending on the loading and span required. Increased spans and/or loading can be achieved by the use of a composite structural screed. Precast Stairs Our precast stairs and landings offer many design advantages over other construction methods, due to each unique configuration being custom made on state-of-the-art stair moulds thus eliminating quality control issues normally associated with in-situ construction. Thermofloor ThermoFloor™ is our NEW insulated prestressed ground floor product, launched in late 2005 to coincide with the new thermal efficiency regulations that came into effect in January 2006 in the UK and later that year in Ireland. T-Beams ‘Beam & Block’ flooring is the traditional and cost effective method of flooring for ground and upper floors that eliminates many of the difficulties that face the builder on site. The system comprises prestressed, inverted "T" beams, infilled with standard concrete blocks that are merely grouted with a sand cement mix. Agricultural Precast Concrete Flooring Systems’ agricultural products provide the farming industry with fast and economic solutions to current building requirements. All products are manufactured to the highest quality and conforms to all British standard specifications BS 8110 and BS 5502 and Irish standard specification I.S. 249: 1992.
