I hired Graeme to refit my shower room. He started work, as promised, on 27th July. The work was due to be finished on 31st July but as of today. I still have no toilet, sink or working shower in my shower room. The work that WAS attempted was to a terrible standard and has had to be ripped out. Graeme agreed that it was of a poor standard but seemed unsure of how to fix it. He did not reply to any messages or emails even when my house flooded due to his negligence. I would hate for anyone else to have to embark on the long legal route.

Very unprofessional! Graeme was hired to replace my parent’s shower room. He ripped out the shower room and left them without a toilet, sink and working shower in the room. When I posted on social media asking for recommendations on a plumber/joiner to fix his work, I received a very inappropriate message from one of his family members (yet he was unable to contact my parents). Unprofessional and inappropriate.

Graeme has recently removed our existing bath and installed a walk-in/ wet room, tiled the floor and updated the heating and hot water system. All the work has been done to a very high standard and are extremely pleased with the project as a whole. We would and will definitely recommend using his services in the future.
