TERRIBLE!! We had Roy Homes build our home recently and from start to finish it was the worst experience of our lives. Incompetent staff/contractors, complete lack of communication, sub standard work, bad management, the list could go on and on - you get the picture.
We find it difficult to express in words just how bad our experience with Roy Homes has been and unfortunately still is.....the nightmare continues - trying to get them to go back and fix shoddy workmanship is a real hardship..our advice to everyone - steer clear.
