In our Fitout division, we work with numerous customers in the financial, retail, office, education and healthcare sectors, providing various fitouts and refurbishments ranging from £10k - £6.2M per scheme.
In Housing, we bring high quality innovative customer-led new build and refurbishment projects to successful completion on time and to budget, and have done so for many years.
Our Maintenance division provides a comprehensive 24 Hour Emergency Repair service and Planned Maintenance service to our customers throughout the UK.
All of our business is supported by our own bespoke joinery workshop, flooring and M&E teams. We also have a sister company, ASSAB, who specialise in laboratory furniture.
Despite the current economic climate, Morris & Spottiswood remains financially stable through careful planning and a healthy bank balance. This stability is further aided by the services we provide amounting to an annual turnover of approximately £86m.
