As a company, Morris & Spottiswood is still owned and run by the Morris family, with George Morris as Chairman.
Our Warrington office supports our Fitout and M&E service delivery throughout the North of England, delivering to both national and local clients.
Our Fitout division works with numerous customers in the financial, retail, office, education and healthcare sectors, providing various fitouts and refurbishments ranging from £10k – £10M per scheme.
Within our M&E division, our skilled and fully qualified technicians deliver to a large portfolio of private and public sector clients. Services include installation & commission services, various testing & inspections services, planned maintenance programmes, cyclical repairs, and asset renewals.
We are also experienced at bringing complex M&E refurbishment projects to completion on time and to budget, and have done so for many years, ranging from £5K - £12m per scheme.
With a turnover of approximately £75M, Morris & Spottiswood remains financially stable through careful planning and a healthy bank balance.
