Messed up fitting our blinds 2 times, eventually agreed the work was so bad they would give a 50% refund then messed up again so 3 times and still not right. Have agreed to a refund but yet to come and remove the blinds so wont give a refund until we have them removed ad our "bespoke" blinds are back at the warehouse. Have had to go to Trading Standards as they keep using Covid as an excuse to cancel - not surprising considering no one from Shades wears a mask but worrying as they are not masking up but appear to have a very high instance of covid in the company (or they are using it as an excuse....)!

“DISGRACEFUL COMPANY ... LIARS... CHEATS... CHEAP MATERIALS”

Delivered wrong blinds - All 4 of them. Wrong colour, (sent white instead of cream) material was cheap see through, as thin as paper.
The rails were to be silver, they sent white.
The kitchen blind should have had 6 eyelets.... it had 3 large holes with no eyelets in them...
When I called to complain was told that is what I ordered and the rep stuck by this.... called me a liar and said it is what I asked for...
Have two witnesss that where here at the time.
Still fighting with them to get the correct blinds.... total disgrace of a company.
Avoid at all costs !!!! Please believe me do not give them a penny until you see the goods a they dont do refunds or exchange, you get what they give you and if you dont like it.... tough !!!
